Requirements: University degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Previous experience in similar functions, preferably in the construction industry. Solid knowledge of procurement, logistics and technical report writing processes. Ability to perform field inspections and resolve problems effectively. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
